Landscape Lighting Technician
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Assemble lights and mount fixtures in desired locations
- Identify and diagnose potential issues with lighting, timers, and transformers
- Provide client with system orientation as applicable
- Proper care and operation of company vehicles
- Ensure proper inventory levels
- Provide assistance to installers when applicable
- Speak with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services that are available
- Work in all weather conditions
- Customer service focus
- Must have a valid driver license, with a clean driving record
- Must make a good first impression by being well groomed, articulate, and personable
- Must be comfortable with meeting new people
- Must enjoy Interaction with clients, with respect and integrity
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the respect for our clients and their properties
- Must be a proactive problem solver
- Strong technical aptitude
